the only cloud on the horizon has been that our new computer has conked out totally which is a tad annoying to say the least. Looks like the hard drive has died?!?!?!?!? 
ANYWAY
To cut a long story short I am blogging from my Dad's computer. I have some nice pics of Saturday when we went to the park with Nick and Sarah, but unfortunately I cannot put them up for various practical reasons that I won't bore you with. 
Last night it was great to meet so many of you in The Gypsy Moth, shame they close the beergarden so early, but I suppose it is for the neighbour's benefit (noise levels and so on I mean).
Spent most of today in the garden drinking Sangria and relaxing in the sunshine. 
Made this easy fish soup for lunch today
Fry 2 onions and garlic in olive oil with loads of dried mixed herb and a teaspoon or two of Thai 7 spice, a chopped birds eye chili and a generous splash of ricard or pernod add some prawns and some tinned tuna and a pint of chicken or fish stock and a tin of tomato puree. Bring to boil and simmer for a bit. We had some of Sainsburys nice olive or cheese rustique rolls to accompany ( 4 for a pound).
