I have decided we are eating too much unhealthy crap, additives and stuff. I did not have bacon for breakfast and I have made canapes of smoked salmon and crab with egg on small squares of toasted swedish rye rather than having nuts and crips as a snack. :>> We are having home made chickpea soup with just a little white wine in it for flavour ahem and some nice 3 seeded french bread from M&S for lunch.

I feel very virtuous and I am going to sit down and have a little splash of raspberry vodka with sprite zero in it. Don't look so disapproving it has LEMONade or rather LEMON AND LIME as well as raspberries in it that is 3 out of my 5 portions of fresh fruit and veg already today. 4 if you count the fruit I ate for breakfast. I am doing well today. B)
