Toda as luck would have it i had an opportunity to enjoy a "picnic lunch" by the River Thames. A hot cheese and onion pasty and some fairly decent lentil soup.

The sun sparkled on the water and there was a party atmosphere on the South bank. It was very pretty and sparkly but I felt very detached, almost zombie like. It was all very surreal. Today I am exhausted but I don't know why. Maybe the humid weather?

On the way home I had to walk along the riverbank again it was lovely and I felt more awake and stopped to purchase a mango icecream from Alba.

Was going to have an early night tonight, but it is hot and stuffy indoors again so I think I might not sleep so well.

(There is always the possibility of bedding down on a sunlounger in the garden I s'pose.
