In other news the rain continues and it is completely dismal out there.

It is really difficult to wake up in the mornings when it is cold and dark and heavy like this. I am so sleepy (reaches for another coffee). :yawn:

Also I am trying to eat sensibly at the moment but the cold weather is making me hungry and it doesn't help that I have to pass 50,000 food outlets at the two mainline stations I pass through on my way to work this morning. The air is full of delicious aromas AND I can see all sorts of tempting and unsuitable goodies including Krispy Kreme donuts or however you spell it. I like the chocolate dream cake ones. :>

Only two more days to work this week though and then a long weekend.
