to being really tired again today and nearly overslept.
I had better not sit down on the tube or I will be out cold after just two stops. Partly my own fault because I had a late night again, and possibly due to the hayfever tablet which i took last night (although it is meant to be non-drowsy), but also I am sure it is linked to lack of sunlight, I have a distinctly wintery feel which I don't usually start to get until well into November, but this year we haven't had the usual lovely long bright evenings and sunny mornings associated with the Northern hemisphere and so the summer feel good factor is missing, I feel cheated. I am disappointed to see that last night's clear skies have vanished and that the blanket of cloud seems to be back over London. The thing is though that we have a 3 day weekend to look forward to, and the forecast for this area is dry (cloudy with sunny intervals and around 21 degrees so that would not be too bad).
The question is what to have to wake myself up, another cup of coffee perhaps? Well I love coffee but I am trying to cut down a little on coffee consumption and also although in the short term it wakes you up if you drink too much of it then it makes you feel worse ultimately.
I did not reckon that Guarana stuff very much and I dislike the taste of red bull and it gives me a headache. ![]()
Speaking of which I saw this article this morning, it did not surprise me.

Well, can hardly say I'm surprised about the Red Bull. They won't serve you more than 2 at the night clubs where I live. I'm amazed they are still legal.
