To whoever

I am sorry, I don't mean to be horrible or unfriendly but I don't accept invites to join my friends list from people who have never commented on my site or whose sites I have never commented on. Also I think it is quite strange that 3 people all aged 15 have asked to join my friends list today.

I cannot imagine that we would have much in common or that anything I have to say would be of any interest to you.

But mostly I prefer to keep my friends list small for a number of reasons.

I never could quite understand it either. I think they find one singular post that relates to them and their like "whhooo hooo."

It could just be an attempt to get as many friends as possible too.

I had one of those today too. Like you I am particular who I accept. You wouldn't go inviting all and sundry into your home so why would you accept complete strangers as blogfriends?

    It bug's me even more if they don't even include a 'Hi' in the invite..Some people seem to like 'Collecting' freind's..but never comment or read the posts! Must be a popualrity boost perhaps! x

      The cynical side of me wonders sometimes if it is some kind of commercial scam to get hold of your email address somehow to bombard you with spam.

        I think you have to be suspicious when it comes to the 'Net'...I know that the amount of spam I get Via E Mail...Trebled when I joined blog !!
        
        And..With all the scamming git's out there...It's easy to fall for it! Unless ya savvy of course xx

I know exactly what u mean, i have 2 sitting i have'nt said yes to and i was humming and hawing wether to accept them or not but in all hindsite i think the best thing is to dismiss them. xx
