The air in the London and even in the area around the London is stagnant and putrid.
I need to breathe. So we went here today.
And walked to the beach through the nature reserve, which was full of wild flowers (loads of thistles) and insects,
including millions of butterflies, which made me very happy.
We sat on the beach in the sun, listening to the sea for an hour or so, just watching the boats and relaxing
it was very theraputic. I like this beach despite the nasty soft mud. I think the mud deters families so it is always peaceful. Sometimes you can find fossils here, but in my opinion you get better fossils along the South Coast around Lyme Regis.
