Chocolatey Goodness

Went to Hotel Chocolat today with Sarah and Nick. They were very generous with the free samples and so I was inspired to buy loads of chocolate for family and friends for Halloween. :>>

Sarah has decorated the house with loads of tinsel spiders tonight and we helped her to carve a pumpkin lantern she has done it really well.

I have also been playing chocolate today. I have made a tasty chocolate caramel pecan pie.. I'm hoping to recruit people to eat it tomorrow

I'm definitely going to carve some pumpkins next week too

Tinsel spiders sound good. Can't have them here though, too many friends seriously freaked out by anything spidery. Picture of the pumpkin?

Hmmm! I love Halloween. There is a real spider web on my ceiling that I can't reach, hope no spiders come down onto my bed from it... x

    I'm still around - just really have no inspiration for writing anything blog-like at the mo, not sure why. Seems to have been a bit of a nasty atmosphere around recently too, have to admit it's made me want to steer clear.

      Yes it has been intermittently very nasty around these parts, so I haven't been around as much recently either.
      
      As I believe I may have said before, the atmosphere recently has been such that if it was a pub I would go somewhere else to drink.
      
      Hopefully, things are getting better though.
